A chemical spill while loading / unloading rail cars can be environmentally devastating not to mention financially costly. Not only would you encounter fines for your chemical spills but your rail car loading area could be close for soil testing, treatment, clean up...etc., for days, weeks, even months depending on the severity of your rail car chemical spill — Core has a solution to help eliminate this from happening — Spill Containment Track Pans.

- One center spill containment pan and 2 outside spill containment pans provide you with spill containment for loading /unloading one rail car. — Multiple sets can be placed end-to-end to provide continues coverage for loading and unloading more than one rail car at once.
- Systems include one center and two side pans tied together with a cross drain.
- Available in 10’, 11’, or 12’ widths by 20' and 40’ long. Additional custom sized pans are available to meet your needs.
- Pans may be placed end to end for continuous coverage.
- Pans are manufactured of heavy gauge carbon steel (standard). Galvanized and stainless steel or aluminum are available to meet your site requirements.
- Core' steel pans are stronger and more durable than fiberglass pans.
- All fasteners are stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.
- All gasket material is neoprene rubber unless otherwise specified.
- Stand-alone center pans are available for use in non-loading, staging, or storage locations.
